This facility is provided for use in connection with the research, educational, and administrative activities of CQUniversity and other eligible and affiliate organisations, in accordance with the determinations under subsections 51(1) and 95(1) of the Telecommunications Act 1997, and the conditions of AARNet Pty Ltd's access policy.
